This policy explains how Company KAFOUF AL-ALIFA Veterinary (One Partner) (“the Clinic”, “we”) collects, uses, keeps and protects your personal data, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Data we collect
- Owner details: name, national ID or Iqama number, and mobile number.
- Pet details: species, breed, age, medical history, vaccinations, treatments and test results.
- Payment and billing details: card payments are processed through licensed terminals and providers (Mada, Visa, American Express, Tabby, Tamara); we do not keep full card numbers.
- CCTV recordings inside the clinic, which are a regulatory requirement for safety and security.
- The content of messages when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Website usage data that may be collected through Google and Meta services (such as cookies and visit statistics).
3. Why we use your data
- To provide veterinary care and keep your pet’s medical record.
- To manage appointments, contact you, and send vaccination and follow-up reminders.
- To issue invoices, take payments and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To protect the safety of clients, animals and staff in the clinic.
- To improve our website and services.
4. How long we keep data
We keep your name, ID number, mobile number and your pet’s medical record for 11 years after the last visit, after which it is deleted or anonymised. CCTV recordings are kept for the period required by applicable regulations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing. Some data may be processed through technology services we use to run the clinic, such as Google and Meta services (including WhatsApp), and the payment providers Tabby and Tamara when you choose them. We may also disclose data to competent government authorities where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
- To be informed about how your data is collected and used.
- To access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- To ask for your data to be corrected or updated.
- To ask for your data to be destroyed when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention periods.
- To withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Security
We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, and access is limited to authorised staff.

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with its last-updated date.
